Step into the studio, and you’ll be offered refreshments, taken through the fun styling process aimed at finding you frames you will love and lenses that will work for your individual visual needs.

Once ordered we’ll keep you up to date on their progress, and even offer you an express service if you need them urgently.

Our personalised collection service will ensure your new glasses are the best fit, and that you have advice on how to care for them.

What happens during a styling appointment?

Simply put - we help you to find glasses you love!

You don’t need to try on every pair in the studio (unless you want to). We take the overwhelm out of choosing glasses. We make a selection that will objectively work for you based on your style, colouring and face shape.

1. Style Personality

We’ll discuss colours you like to wear, how you accessorise, how you want your glasses to work for you - whether you need them to make a statement, express who you are, or simply be in a colour you love. This will help us determine your dominant Style Personality - the starting point for successful eyewear styling.

2. Colour Type

We’ll also look at your individual colouring, so we can advise you on colours for your eyewear that will allow YOU to shine through. We have a “colour collar” for every Colour Type, allowing us to demonstrate the colours that will work best with your natural colouring.

3. Let’s talk about your best features!

What is your face shape? You’re probably struggling to answer this question.

We can advise you on which shapes will accentuate or balance out your features. There are specific frame dimensions we look at so we can achieve a harmonious look for you.

4. And finally…

While you enjoy your coffee, we’ll select frames we think will work for you – some which will work well as an everyday wearable frame, some as part of your working wardrobe, and some for socialising!

We will find you glasses you’ll love to wear, based on your style, personality, colouring and facial features.

What makes our eyewear collections different?

We make it our mission to travel to eyewear shows in Paris, Milan and London to bring back to Ledbury the most incredible styles you won’t find on the high street.

Our frames are innovative designs, in high quality materials and fantastic colours.

We have handmade, award-winning glasses, including hand painted, acetates inlaid with silk & feathers, and laser cut designs, to suit every Style Personality.

We want to make your experience with us as stress free as possible - from removing the overwhelm of choosing, to choice of refreshment, to how you would like to pay.

We’ll give you several frame and lens options that will work best for your needs and budget.

As well as choice when it comes to how much you’d like to invest in your glasses, you can spread the payments with 0% finance and no credit checks.

Just ask us when ordering your glasses if you’d like to divide your payments.

Regular Eyewear events

We don’t take you for granted. We value you and appreciate the fact you’ve chosen to come to us for your eyewear!

As a thank-you, we put together a programme of events throughout the year for you to enjoy. All of these include canapés and Prosecco.

Once on our mailing list you’ll receive emails from us letting you know about upcoming events. This could be a fashion show, a drop in session for advice on eye make up for glasses wearers, or a sunglasses event.

At all our get-togethers we invite one of our designers to bring along their full collection, so you can see the whole range of a designer you love.

At our fun past events we’ve had a live band, and goody bags from local artisan businesses. We always offer a discount voucher and a free draw.

We also love to support the local arts scene, and we’re proud sponsors of Ledbury Poetry Festival and LADS Amateur Dramatics Society.
